Did you hear about the Savoir-Faire online store?
I'm sure of you must have.
Well, it was all in the fashion news/blog world/the internet because it had a certain collaboration with Rachel Zoe; and those days anything Rachel Zoe is "Bananas."
Lol, big fan of the reality show, hence the quotes..
But what really made this online store pop out was not just because it had a "Rachel Zoe Picks" section, but because it was owned and launched by a Qatari Sheikha (**a lady that is part of the Qatari Royal Family)..
I was thrilled to find an interview with this lady, "Sheikha Kasia Al-Thani" online on Myfashionlife, she seems to be half American or else has been living in the states all her life.
The store is cute, very professional and is what they call a "go-to site for those in search of the perfect gift for their loved ones."
It's nice to see people from our region being publicized for things they have done, even if it's just another online store, at least it's a professional and popular one.
I believe in excelling and putting an effort in everything be it a hobby, interest, or job no matter it's magnitude, for the repercussions you create after a good job done are always worth the while.
Even a blog.

what you said is so true. good for the Sheika to do something on her own and be a proud woman. Like you write it doesn matter what it is, but as long as you have passion and will then anything can be achieved.
great blog!
Kasia is Polish, she is not Qatari but married to a Qatari royal -the brother of the current Qatari Emir.
Her parents were Polish immigrants in the USA, and she used to work as a broker for Morgan Stanley. Now she lives with her husband in Paris.
yes i read that as well. whhatever nationality or status she is, good for her to be so brave and have the courage. it takes a lot to be a mother and to work.
Good for her! ;)
