Some Modern Art makes go "Wow."
Other examples, just make me frown and feel like an idiot; for who in their right mind would deem that "Art"?
It's been said that, "Art means different things to different people."
But some Modern Art pieces I've seen in museums, and exhibitions are just wack.
To me, Art is anything that is aesthetically appealing, clever, serves a purpose/has a hidden meaning or is metaphorical, and certainly not a bunch of scrapped pieces of newspapers glued onto paper or splattered paint..
What's your take on Modern Art?

Modern Art. . not very expressive, and often loaded with too many uncalled for messages. I think today we live in a world where art is no longer-as Gautier & others have put it "L'art pour l'art", or rather, Art for art's sake. And although I believe that it takes both genius and talent to produce, it needs not to have some sort of intellectual statement. I think art is useless, i.e "not meant for use", but nonetheless beautiful, something i for one enjoy.
It's exciting. It's different. It's new. It's Chaotic. It's a whole world. It's beautiful. It's a sculpture. It's a painting. And in many cases, it's fashion and style.
