Life is a series of opposing events..
To get to a boom, an economy has got to have survived a bust..
To experience a brilliant view on a mountain's peak, you had to bust your butt climbing up that mountain..
To bask lazily in the sun, you'd have to survive a cold winter..
But one thing is certain,
"When life closes a door (**sometimes demolishes a whole house on top of your head),
God opens a window"
You have to make it through the rain to see the rainbow at the end..

i too found a window overlooking a fabulous rainbow! it might be physically far from reach, but oh so vibrant&visible *hearts
the best part is, it doesnt stop at rainbow. the rainbow is just the beginning, it leads you to something even more significant- a pot of gold awaits! ;p

not necessarily. Dubai's economic boom came without a prior bust, they were doing just fine before that :)
