There are certain things in life which give people a buzz, a certain euphoria, and just make up their day... 

I get a rush...:-  

-When i get a Latte, just stirring in my sugar on a Starbucks counter, lifts my spirits- i love seeing the milky foam spiral and twist with the wooden stick and create patterns in the coffee.. 

-When i make new friend and get to know them better, (**a la the "King and I"'s 'Getting to Know You'  hit song..) I love discovering people's tastes, ideologies, and interests.. I love exchanging points of views.. Best of all, i love it when i discover that we have a lot of things in common, and thus can already see the road of friendship being paved ahead of us, it's like when Dorothy first sets her eyes on the Yellow Brick Road.. 

-Getting a text message update from my friends.. Random "I'm doing this, this and this"msgs, "Thinking of You" or the most haphazard question or comment..

-Hearing one of the songs i absolutely adore and can't stop singing in my head on the radio.. 

-My baby cousins who find me the "center of their universe", matter of fact any person who thinks i am the "it".. (**yup, spotlight effect to the extreme) 

-Walking into an air-conditioned room after a long walk in the suffocating heat.. 

-Afternoon naps after a heavy meal (**bliss, even though i know its bad for your digestion and everything) 

-Singing my heart out, anything Karaoke or Sing Star-esque..

-Looking through pictures, and memories.. 

I'd love to hang around and list more things, this is such as introspective exercise,  i feel like i'm getting to know me more... But i have to carpe-diem the rest of the day and get the thousand or so things done.. 

PS. I can't control my smiles and excitement at times, but i sure can control my feet..
